I decided to lose weight because I had started to struggle with my daily life. I constantly felt exhausted, which led to negative emotions. I had no energy or motivation to do the things I wanted throughout the day, and this also affected me mentally. I had reached a weight where I no longer recognised myself. When I look at photos from the time when I weighed over 90kg, I am astonished… I can’t believe I let myself get to that point.

However, everything changed in September 2023 when, after returning to the school where I teach, I saw a colleague who had lost weight over the summer holidays. I was amazed, approached her, and asked how she had managed to shed the weight she had gained after her last pregnancy. With great enthusiasm, she told me she had followed The 1:1 Diet plan with her Consultant, Lisa Karatzia. I was convinced, and that was the beginning of a life-changing transformation!

I got in touch with Lisa, and we arranged our first appointment. The decision to get rid of my excess weight completely transformed my daily life. I successfully achieved my goal, and my life took a positive turn. I gained self-confidence, and now I can dress the way I want and exercise daily. Losing weight has helped me build stamina, feel more energised, and develop the drive to keep improving.

Now, I eat healthy and take great care of myself. Lisa and I have become great friends. Together, we share various informative as well as humorous videos on social media to help people discover what The 1:1 Diet truly is and how it can transform their lives!
