Health has always been my main priority, as I knew my weight was affecting me, both physically and mentally. So, I started this journey to feel more empowered, to move comfortably and not feel judged for my appearance. This change made me see myself through different eyes, wear my clothes with joy and be happier in my everyday life.
The exercise and diet changes I made weren't just for the wedding, but to obtain a lifestyle that will be with me forever. I now feel more ready than ever to face the world with greater confidence and joy, knowing that my effort is paying off, not only externally, but also in my inner balance and happiness.
