Sofi: The reason I decided to lose weight was my daughter. It was her idea for us to embark on this beautiful journey together. Ever since I was young, I remember constantly losing and gaining weight – and my daughter faced the same struggle. After seeing the advert on TV, we decided to support each other. Now, my life has changed. I move more easily, feel great, wear the clothes I love, and I am truly satisfied!

Artemis: Since I was little, I struggled with my weight and never felt comfortable with myself. At school, I experienced bullying, which made me feel sad and anxious. I would lose weight, but I would always gain it back – until I saw The 1:1 Diet advert. I spoke to my mother, who had the same issue, and we decided to start this journey together.

Today, we feel much better and love ourselves more. What we want to tell anyone struggling with their weight is to make the decision and start the plan without a second thought!
