My name is Despoina Nikolaou. I am 32 years old, and a single parent with a 5-year-old son! I work as a Service Advisor for a private company.
The reasons that prompted me to start The 1:1 Diet were, primarily, the low self-esteem I developed in the previous years after gaining weight due to the loss of my parents, separation and pregnancy. I felt that I lacked energy. An additional reason was the severe discomfort I had in my vertebrae due to surgery that I had in the past. Due to the extra weight, I was finding it difficult to do simple everyday things!
It was when I met my friend and perfect Consultant, Eleonora, that I started this Diet. After losing the extra weight, my life has completely changed! First and foremost, I now love the new Despoina and I am happy and enjoy my body! Also, the pain in my vertebrae have almost disappeared!
My favorite product is the Cookies & Cream bar, but what contributed to my goal? The help and support of Eleonora!
