I am 42 years old, single, without children, and I work for the Cyprus Police. My favorite activities are music and hunting. I also really like hanging out with friends.
The reason I decided to lose weight was because of bullying - I had no medical problems. My Consultant Olga Assiotou, was introduced to me by a friend and, from the beginning, I could tell that she had the desire to help me, combined with the incredible stubbornness that I possess when I am dealing with a challenge, especially when that challenge is myself.
After losing the extra weight, my life has changed. I already sleep, walk and do my favorite hobbies more easily. My favorite 1:1 Diet product is the Fruit & Nut bar, and it was my Consultant and my stubbornness that contributed to the achievement of my goal.
